I just noticed a new piece of info added at the end of the "Account Settings" page. Small changes are happening today such as introduction of themed ads, new tips and a new casestudy image at the Adsense home page.

Lot's of new info all over the AdSense pages today. I just saw that they've added a lot of information on the Payment History page. I haven't looked at all pages yet - there could be much more.

The report manager looks cool. I just set it up to e-mail me a daily report.

I can now make revenue sharing arrangements with my content generators more effectively. I will agree on a revenue sharing model. I will make them write. Then make a channel for their writing. Then email their earnings for that channel to their email address on a daily basis using the report manager. We can settle the dues at the end of the month. This bring the much needed transparency between me and my content writers. No need to give them login access, but they get the reports from google everyday and that will bring the much needed confidence to my content writers. I feel that Report manager is going to give a boost to my content generation excercise.

i dont know if this has been mentioned before, but there are blue and green referral buttons for adsense - first time i saw them.
