AdSense doesn't track all clicks?

Some days ago I opened a Thread about a strange situation I'm having. Then I made some analysis on data from AdSense Reports. That's the result:

Blue Line - Pageviews
Red Line - Clicks on Ads
Period - last 3 months

Pageviews number continously increases like clicks and then since the 1st of December the Red Line Clicks goes down very deep.
Monthly Pageviews are high. The CTR drop was from an average of 0,5% to 0,1%-0,0%. Ads are always the same, in the same position. Content of the web site: Technical IT Content

Any idea?
