Earlier this week, literally overnight, I'm suddenly showing a much wider variety of ads, many of them *really* on-target to my site - in fact overall they're far more on-target than before.
I run an extremely niche site, pretty much the only one of its kind, and am a bit surprised at the sudden increase in variety and targetness (is that a word?).
Anyone else notice a complete change of ads earlier this week?
Companies that suddenly find themselves out of the top spots in Google's natural listings may have decided to try out AdWords to make up for the lost traffic and revenue.
Also, this is the biggest shopping season of the year. Perhaps new advertisers are joining Adwords right now which is why there is an influx of new advertisers. This could result in AdSense publishers seeing much more targeted ads, if there are that many more ads available.
