I know these probably come up every week but can I get a Y/N for the following:

* There's no point placing AdSense on pages that require authorisation b/c:
(a) If the G robot can't access the page you get PSAs
(b) PSAs don't earn any $$

I've introduced one of my clients to AdSense and she didn't like the links that appeared on the sites 'public' pages. Now they are only in the 'Members Area' which requires a login.

I can create a "tunnel" for the G bot to get in and view the pages - is that a good idea? Don't want to get my client into trouble.

?!?

Correct as to (a) and (b). I would not do as you suggest because Google has no way of accessing the content of the pages where their ads are displayed in order to determine that the content of those pages comply with the program, don't incentivize clicks, etc. There's just too much opportunity for abuse.

Thanks. Now I have to explain to my client that the only way they're going to make $$ is to let G put links to similar sites on the 'public' pages. ;)
