Can I click "Advertise on this site" link on my own site?

I just noticed that a link appears to Adsense called "Advertise on this site". I clicked the link, it led me to adword page. There is a headline on that page saying "Advertise on MY_NAME".

I hope that google not use my name on that page but my site's name.

Then some text started with "You're only steps away from advertising on this site, a valued member of Google's diverse network of partner websites."

Actually this link has nothing to do with valued member, it appears on every site including MFA sites.

Can we click such link on our site. I guess it is ok, right?

OK, I just found I can customize that page even with my own logo.
