Maybe Christmas this year will be reliant on G update finishing so could be ongoing for 4 months and will fizzle out due to complete uninterest by the buying public

I believe that was 2 years ago. Google delayed in sending the October earnings, November check, until @ December 8th. However, they more than made up for it by promptly sending out the November earnings, December check, early @ December 17th.

I don't see this as a Christman present. They made it up by paying november earnings promptly because they fail to send the oktober earnings on-time.

I don't think anyone said it was a Christmas present. The OP was stating that maybe the November earnings check might come before Christmas like it did 2 years ago.

Actually, all it really did was make it a longer time span til we got our next check, December earnings, at the end of January. :)

I got September and October's payment on the 28th of the following month. I expect to receive November's payment on December 28th. If it comes before that, Yippee! If not, oh well.

It will be a Happy Holiday either way :o)

My payments are electronic and ... to date, like clockwork.
I see the funds in my account on the 1st of the month, and long may it reign!

I think Santa Google should give us all a new Xbox this year for being good little publishers since we didn't get kicked out.

EFT has been perfect, I can't understand why anyone would trust their money to paper any more.

I recall last December about this time my traffic dropped by 50%, a big lump of coal from G... I couldn't even burn the coal, I have gas heat.

My thoughts exactly, I am sitting on four cheques from other programs that need to go to the bank, and because I don't actually visit by bank much now, they'll be here for a while.

The bank charge £8.00 per transaction to change dollars to pounds so I keep promising myself to bank the next cheque, then I see another in the system ... and await delivery.

EFT is the best thing and is so reliable.

There actually are these people (hmm... like me) who live outside the US and other priviliged countries. And they cann't use EFT from Google.

It would be very nice if EFT is implemented in HK as well. PayPal does it, I'm sure google can. Could be very few adsenser here?

Continuing EFT, yes they surely can in India too. Where they are sending Citibank India cheque payable at all branches of Citibank in India. So to start with i can say they already have setup to do EFT but lacking some government formalities which they are afraid to do at this stage.

Let's contact Google and ask them are they really going to send us payments before Christmas.

Google is unlikely to have EFT payments in all countries for a very long time.

However they could ameliorate the effect of this by dropping the silly rule that you can not have an EFT transfer to an account not in your country of residence.

For anyone who makes a resonable amount from Adsense it is worth opening an account in a country where they do have EFT payments in place in order to get the money promptly and safely.

I'm sure G would or will have EFT in every country if and when it is possible. Most companies enjoy the savings of non-paper payments. It all adds up to their bottom line at the end of the year.

A penny here, a penny there...
