I have an individual account with adsense now, if I want to sign up for an account for my corporation, do I have to let them know I am the same person? What about the 3rd adsense account? 4th? etc.

Adsense prefers if you use only one account. As it is for all your sites your mailing address for the Adsense payment will be the same.

I have a new office for each corporation, I thought they didn't care as long as it is a new entity? So am I REQUIRED to let them know I own an individual account? Who has experience with this?

You have to email Google.
I applied for a second account, explained the reason why I needed a second account, and told them the site I wanted to place into that account. Google emailed back with authorization to proceed.

Best bet is to be annoyingly overly careful.
Surpising them is like tweaking the nose of a sleeping German Shepard - he'll bite first and ask questions later.

Just ask them, explaining that it's important to you to have two accounts. Why flirt with potential problems?

Anyone opened a 2nd account without contacting them? Since it's a seperate entity, shouldn't it not be considered the same individual?
joeduck: one of the reason for a 2nd account is so the checks clear faster and everything won't be in one basket. Just contacting them defeats this purpose.

Don't open a second account without asking them first.
