Does server location have any bearing on earnings. Please read the following that I have cut and paste from a previous thread:

" So, if you "belong" to another country, your EPC might be different, even if accessed by the same audience. No hard evidence about this, but many pointers lead to this conclusion. Publishers in e.g. Bulgaria don't get the same EPC as the US publishers, even for the clicks of very same visitors. And it is not only the publisher's postal address that determine the location. Don't forget, it is Google and their algorithms. "

I did a server change (UK to USA*) and did see a massive drop in earnings per click (website content was the same on both servers - maybe I hit a duplicate content "flag". Could be another factor)

* I think the new server is in USA - not conclusive. not all IP-Geo databases make it USA, some cannot resolve the country. Web hosts say servers are in USA. But their operations are actually in Romania (they say for cheaper overheads).
