Looking at your past posts I suspect any topic other than the one you have chosen would be a good choice.

No one here is likely to do that. You're basically asking us to tell you what we do and how well it pays. Most of us don't need the competition that much.

It's up to you to do what each one of us did on our own, select a topic and build a site around it.

Many here are glad to help with things like tips on optimizing your ad positioning, formats, dealing with adsense, and other stuff that comes up on a running site.

Best content is one you like to write about, otherwise I would rather go with some XXX pages. ;-)

The best ones are where you understand your target audience and know how to communicate your ideas to them.

What makes the most money in the offline world?

Rubber bands or financial services...

>>Rubber bands

Only among folks who have to keep using them on their car's side mirrors to keep them from falling off when the glue gets soft from the hot sun. :)

Depends a lot on the season sometimes, like a lot of people buy electronics and such for holiday gifts, but things that everyone needs all year round are good, and expendibles that need constant replenishing, like food off-line.

Like others said, write about what you know - if you want to make a job out of this, unless you enjoy the topics you write and research about, you'll get bored very quickly, and start looking for another topic or site to startup.

You'll just keep bouncing from topic to topic hoping to find the easy one, when really, the easiest and best-paying is one in which you become an authority on, because it will seem effortless at times to talk about whatever widgets your an authority on (or are trying to be).

Perhaps as you are so interested have Adsense as your topic.. which in fact as it grows may well be populated...

Anything in demand, has a high price, and not too many adsense compeitors. An advertiser is not going to pay $2 a click for a $10 product. Good topics travel, insurance, boating, industrial, Bad topics unless you have tons of traffic jokes, cooking, recipes.
