Click rate dropped recently--anyone else notice

google click rate dropped by about 35%

Anyone else notice a big drop in their rate from google over the last 2 days? We saw a 35% drop and are wondering if they have made some changes that might be impacting this. Been very steady normally.

Around the big holidays things always seem to get out of whack. Hopfully will be back to normal in January

Yup CTR down and really bad ad targetting are making me go crazy. Hopefully this doesn't last too much longer because I had a really bad November and December is starting off worst.

This is just a coincidence. For me CTR is way high from 6% to around 11%.

Once I lost all Google traffic, my CTR soared

Man, that is sure strange stuff...If I would live to be a thousand I would never figure this out...

On another note, I can see folks with sites that have consumer goods that would normally be more popular approaching the holidays, gaining in CTR, and eCPM. But those of us who have non-seasonal content, I don't get these sorts of anomalies.
