My CTR went Down from 23% to 10-13% (and so the eCPM) in the last 2 days, I checked the advertisments are same which used to show on my site, I had installed a Adsense Click Tracking script, I don't think so but can it be a cause of the drop :-/

No RonS, nothing black hat about it on a very low traffic sites - but if you are getting 8,000 visitors a day as Deepesh says then it sounds dodgy.

But I'm only talking from my own experience where I get 10% clickthrough on certain channels with a few hundred visitors a day.

Does getting a 23% ctr certainly means that my vistors want to get off my site quickly and I am using Dodgy techniques, As I had already mentioned that my traffic is highly targetted, they come to download stuff that I had created (i.e. laser targetted) and do visit my other offerings then only they leave the site, also, I am using a download manager so users cant skip my other offerings, when they click the downlaod button they are redirected to a download page where my other products are linked.

Also, I did included the Analytics script a few days ago the decline.

Maybe you accidently added some content to your site?

23% ctr ... what a dream ... With my traffic I'd be making about 65,000$ a month if I had that. Right now only 1,5% :/

I have a content site that has a 34.5% CTR and has maintained it for a year. The reason the CTR is so high is because people look at multiple ads.
