Under 18 Google Adsense user

Hi,

I recently looked at the Google Adsense TERMS and realised you have to be atleast 18. I live in the UK but have a US presence as the host is in the States, I need to add some of my passport info, do you know if they will do an age check on me? Or should I just play it safe and put the payment details in the name of a family member?

I put in te info of my brother (with his consent of course!) I don't think they check but no point risking especially with all this updated tax info.

I though it had been established that just having a US website host didn't constitute a 'US presence'?
