Is there an easy way to check your logs, to see if there are any click attacks or invalid clicks?
I'm currently downloading my domain's raw acces log, but its too huge, 250MB, how can I handle such info? it would take me ages!

How do you do it? any special tools?

There are tools you can install that record all AdSense clicks like AsRep, Adsense Tracker, hosted services, etc. which make finding click attacks pretty easy.
