These are some of the things they are complaining about:
'Inactive' now applies only to search
we always bid 5¢ and received 50 to 60 clicks a day. Under the new program we were asked to increase the bid to 10¢ which we did and then a few weeks later to 15¢... Over the weekend we were asked to increase it to 20¢.
That seems to be about a new "feature" which may be named "Quality Score" or something like it. It seems that google is deciding minimum bids for certain keywords on ads placed by publishers at a much higher price than normal and lowering it when they have proved themselves. Reading on, I translated that into many publishers running to other networks like YPN because G is getting pricier and too complex and leaving us with less ads to publish.
