Given that google do not currently allow for more than one landing page, is there any point in opting-in to this new feature if you run multiple, un related websites?

Won't your one landing page link be displayed on each site and therefore confuse/encourage abuse from visitors?

If you just put "this site" as the title of the landing page then no confusion. But... Ads go on everything from the sites root url onwards.

If you have pages with different topics, or entire different sites in sub directories you will get ads displayed that dont suit/untargeted. Since its not contextual in the same way that the other ppc ads are.

This is going to hurt your general click through, and be very odd to your visitors. Why would you advertise holidays on a bog roll review page for example...
