after Suspending google also banned my email!

Dear Freinds!

before some days my A/C was disabled! but now i m sending them an email that i didnt click on my own ads, but they are not replying even i wait for 2 days! i m mailing to "adsense-support@google.com" and "adsense-adclicks@google.com" can u please tell me another email on which will they recieve my email!?

Sorry, those are the only ones for account reasons that I know of. Perhaps check to make sure your host isn't blocking Google's email at all - even though you have received email in the past, perhaps they have recently installed a new email filter.

Two days waiting for a reply doesn't seem unreasonable to me. I've received responses 4 or even more days after I sent the email.

Anyone have the phone number for Google? ha ha ha! They probabaly wouldn't take our calls anyway...

a few years ago, when I'd just gotten into the game, I found a phone number for google. called them (a site had been kicked) ... chatted with a techie, and he told me he couldn't see a reason why my site had been excluded and it would be in for the next update. it was.

times they have-a-changed.

Yes, they do take phone calls (this has been discussed in multiple threads, particularly in the Adwords forum).

Not sure if they still provide the level of service that Fiver got a few years ago though - they would never get any work done if they had to talk with every webmaster who is having a problem with their sites in the natural serps ;)
