how to add content on adsense keywords

I am planning a new site on cashing with google adsense. How do i add articles, tutorials and all other resources in to my website without using HTML, the point is I should be able to add new content without having to edit all the pages and upload them....I have seen some sites do it. Like it displays the heading like this
Tutorials(14)
Which means tht ther are bout 14 articles in the subject.

Pleas fill me in tht wht technology should i be using or wht tools will help me do the job. . .

You need a CMS system which allows you to edit through the browser. There are some good (free) open-source ones available, the editor is WISYWIG (not dissimilar to Word) and you don't need to know any HTML.

Yup, you can either download an open source CMS, or write your own if you know PHP and MySQL.

There are various sites that allow you to try all the most well known CMS's online, without having to download them and install them on your server. Just search for 'open source cms' and that should pull up plenty of useful links.
