Im wondering since the google code is public on a view source if its possible that someone could steal your code and put it on a page lets say with #*$! or something against TOS. Is that even possible for someone to do?

Hi,

Yes, it's possible, and has been done (at least by accident) when some idiot^H^H^H^H^H l33t h4x0r stole someone's whole page *including* their AS code.

If it happens, tell G and they'll stop the ads showing on the rogue site and possibly blacklist the rogue as well.

Rgds,

Damon

PS. It has been suggested here that AS publishers should be able to (or forced to, in some opinions) explicitly list all the sites that they want their AS publisher code to work on to guard against this particular problem.

yeah, i was thinking about that the other night. My site sells widgets targeted for the ages of 13-22 and i was wondering if a l33t Haxor ever wanted the ads gone fromt he site they could do such a thing.

Oh well, lets just hope it doesnt happen.
