Can I put YPN on a site that has G Adsense on it but just not on the SAME page together?

and I assume that large publishers can have google and ypn on the same page as I have seen this, the google and ypn ads were side by side.

If I remember correctly, latest AdSense TOS changes don't allow this.

The TOS is undoubtedly different for Premium publishers. I suspect that Premium publishers have totally negotiated contracts with Google.

I believe, for example, that Jenstar mentioned a few months back that they are able to negotiate their revenue shares with Google. I am sure that they are able to negotiate many other items as well.

I don't know why this isn't taught in the 1st grade of school. It would save a lot headaches having to learn it later on.

You CAN use YPN on the same SITE as AS, but just never on the same page. I asked this of Google and Yahoo and they both said it was fine and done on a page basis, not site.

Yes, because the TOS is vague. "Competing ads or services" sounds like it includes any other ad that is not Adsense.

Not if you finish reading the paragraph, where it clearly explains that they're talking about contextually-targeted ads.
