i have two site, one site is focus on Google, adsense, and some internet news.

they write to me that my domain contains google, so they stop to display adsense on that site (but i see there are some site whose domain name contains google can display adsense for a long time )

so i write to google, i will stop my site, and willing to give the domain back to Google, just with a little request
of a t-shirt with Google Logo.

:)

I didn't know that there is a ban on domain names using google as part of the name.
What sort of infringement is this?

they have this item:

[google.com...]

i promote that site for about 1month, with about 500 ip per day.

the ctr is high, but the ad is very cheap, i think many people click "Google alert" ad which is only 1c per click.

i think network-ad will be a huge market in China, so i want to build a blog to share some experience with other adsenser.

but now i am thinking whether to abort that site completely, or continue that with another domain.

Cybersquatting would be holding on to a domain name that actually should belong to someone else (poor definition but I'm not a lawyer)
But what if I had a site called google-optimization.com for example? Would it be against either AdSense TOS or breaking any trademarks?

Any domain with google in it is in danger of having it taken away. It's called cybersquating, "google it" =D
