Question about SmartPricing & MFA's

How does one affect the other?

Last night I saw 4 "suspicious" ads on my site about widgets. The wording of the ads was something like, "Everything you want to know about widgets right here" and the URL's were something like, "be-filthy-rich-before-21.com," so the ads may as well had a flashing sign on top reading "MFA Site."

Anyway, I went to all 4 sites and sure enough, two were nothing more than a search box that lead to pages of AdSense ads and 2 were simply AdSense ads on the landing page.

Suppose one of my site visitors clicks on one of those ads, sees the ad filled page and bails out. Suppose the visitor clicks on a few ads on the page. Suppose the visitor does a search using the search form provided.

Would any of those actions affect SmartPricing? How would I be affected, if at all?

Lately I've been seeing some MFAs also, I am a little concerned how those "convert"
