I am just designing a 300x250 ad block to advertise my own sites as my new PSA replacement.

An RSS feed reader with all my news feeds preinstalled

My 5 news feeds

Redistributing my visitors by the PSA replacement and gaining repeated visitors by the promoted news feeds should bring much more than the 2 Cent eCPM from Amazon, I used until now as PSA replacement.

This is something I tried. Actually I tried to use it as a banner replacement from time to time to avoid banner blindness too. While I think it's a nice idea, I didn't experience any major changes.

I have around 2% PSA on my site.

I also expect no major changes, only something more than my first Amazon check in 2015 or so.

I know everybody says you can't make money with Amazon, but I do. About $150 a quarter, much bigger when something in one of my niches publishes a new book, CD or DVD, and especially the Christmas quarter.

That's a quarter, small compared to my monthly Adsense payday. But if you plug away at it right, like including product text links in pages like reviews, news, etc, and feature products that target your niche, you can make some money with Amazon.
