No, it's against the Adsense ToS. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think only overall earnings can be published.

Yes, it's customized, you can define which channels for which time and so on are displayed in your reports. But this is only for your eyes and not for the public. It is not allowed to show this to others so it must not be integrated in your website.

Yes - don't do it! Despite the fact you can't reveal anything except the total earnings figures, why on earth would you want to?

I hate those page counters that tell you how many visitors a site has. I think it looks unprofessional personally. I'd also dislike a website saying "Look how much I've made out of these ads".

I'd say keep the earnings private. Or if you do want to discuss them, do so here. Don't let the visitors have that info.

I totally agree with your point of not displaying the information to the visitors but in my case I have an admin section for my site and thus want to display all the info on that page.
