Sounds like you should put a the nasty free smiley CPM ads on the pages she knows about. She can click all she wants and maybe even get some spyware... :)

Then apply for YPN when it's availible for europe and put it on the pages she doesn't know about. Do some research on her IP's, maybe use geolocation to avoid showing ads to your country.

And thanks for the lesson... I was considering showing someone one of my sites. Not going to happen.. :)

she loved to travel and write about many countries in the world, all sites were tourism websites, so i still have tons of content, but no income (i am from europe)

Maybe, it would have been a good idea to give her some shares for the content she writes.

$50/day = around $1500/daily..... That is a huge bumer, maybe some others on this forum have some suggestions of other avenues for a site with traffic to make money besides for adsense. I get a check from adsense and cj.com monthly, give this guy some suggestions to help get his income back. That is a shame man, made me realize I talk to much as well.

Offer her a plan to install channels for all her content and to pay her 40% from this channels.

Make a contract with her

Write to Google that it was something like a strike for more wage, the contract as a proof, that it will not happen again.

As we all know, Google doesn't give you a specific reason for being banned, so even the OP doesn't know this is the real reason. Or maybe the clicking simply triggered a manual check and other violations of the TOS were found.

And to prove it, I'm going to play the russian rulette with a poor unknown guy.
I'm going to search on a keyword and I'll bookmark the first adsense site in the SERPS.
I'm going to bookmark it in my four computers and tell my wife and kids all click every day at least 10 times each on the ads.
Let's see what happens.

Don't think so. They don't count multiple clicks from the same IP. Your daily budget won't be exhausted just like that.

Yeah except google has a better handle on things than that.

The handful of people who have wrongfully banned from adsense because of such things have been reinstated (at least all the ones I have seen.).

I have had people attack my sites before. I keep in contact with Google and provide them with all the relevant information I can muster. No problems, no bannings.

The likely outcome of anyone attempting to do such an attack is they themselves would be banned, if they had an account or an interest an account.
