Best thing is make a new simple site(4 to 5 pages) and apply for google adsense.You will be accepted in 2 days...After that u can place new adsense code in ur old site(Adsense code can be placed in any site according to google ) ..i hope its not against adsense policies :-d.

Er, I've never had an account banned but I've got nothing against buying a website that was on a banned account and sticking it on one of my squeaky clean, long standing Adsense accounts.
And, going by my post count, this is the 1000th time I've deposited my rubbish on this good forum. :)
