Adsense account disabled after 2 years.

Is there a way back.

I have been a 100% TOS abiding multi-side adsense user for almost two years.

I recieve an email today, out of the blue, saying my account is disabled due to invalid clicks.

Despite 2 years of no issues, they don't even tell me what specifically? Why am I a criminal?

The worst part is the email says last month's money won't be coming...so I'm gone like that. Can I assume I won't be recieving any response from them?

Am I now just one of those guys?

The best think you can do is get right onto Google support either by email or phone. Offer to work with them to resolve the issue. If you're clean then you should be willing to privide log files and any other data to support your case.

There are instances where accounts have been disabled, only to be reinstated after investigation. Good luck.

Mack.

Sunzfan, a couple of months ago you mentioned buying a website that gives 15 Million hits a month, did you buy it and were you using adsense on it?

Mack, how do you know that for sure? I never saw anyone post here saying that they were reinstated. Do you know something we don't?

What does this investigation actually consist of? Who gets a chance to be reviewed and why?

Actually, It wasn't me that posted about a 15 million page view site or anything like that. The site I purchased hadn't even transferred over the domain yet. I was testing the format on an IP until it came over. I never clicked an ad or anything.

Sorry for the mistake. I was referring to this thread.

Looks like someone stole sunsfan's WebmasterWorld account. Perhaps Brett should cancel it just to be safe.

...hmm...okay, i may have posted that now that i think about it. That was an auction, and i never gave it a day's thought after that, so no, i didn't buy it or anything and never incorporated adsense into it.

I emailed them and now i'm just waiting...

Good question but no real answer. Just go with the flow - and chill if it does not work out - there are plenty more (adsense like ) ad providers out there.

the adsence team follows adwords users, if a adwords user complains that he/she is getting invalid clicks from your website. Boom. Your gone.

What a great way to wipe out your competition! I would think there would be more of an investigation...

I have semi-good news. They have responded and requested additional information. I have answered it honestly and hope this will bring a re-instatement. We'll see...

i have been with adsense for almost two years.

I received email from google saying they detected invalid click on my web site and they will investigate, at the same time, all my income is held until investigation is completed.

That was 5 days ago, no news yet. A/C is still active.

They actually warned you? Are the ads still showing up? How much do you make a month for them to make such an exception?
