Position of your adsense.

Just wondered if it has affected your SERPs

I wondered if placing the ads at the top of the page will affect the position of the page the ad is on when the googlebot indexes the page again?

Has anyone noticed a change that could be as a result of this?

No, it won't. This is addressed in the AdSense FAQs.

Yeah, it's not supposed to affect results, since the ad is in remote Javascript file - which bot doesn't try to read.

Now, if you have server side script that displays your own ads, they could indeed mess up your targeting, since they'll be on top of page when bot grabs it.
