Adsense for search

Css and search code!

I know that is not allowed to change any layout of adsense for search and that you need to copy-and-paste the code as you get from google.
But what about Css?
Actually is it against TOS to place inside Css for example

input{background-color: #FFa013;
color: #ffffff;
font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica;
border-style: double;

that should affect color from input tags inside adsense for search.

And not color from input fields but button and letters too.
Adsearch code is copy-paste as it must be from google but using Css could give other look for any browser that support Css.
Anybody know anything about it?
