Hi, I have an website with adsense on it.Now iam closing it for some reasons.Can i keep same adsense code in my new site? Is it compile to adsense Policies.

You can use adsense code on all of your websites provided they comply with the adsense TOS. You don't have to re-apply, just make sure thay your website complies.
You may wish to put channels on your various banners so that you can analyse where adsense works for you, and where it doesn't.
