42 days since Google said they made payment. According to TOS, my check should have been in hand two weeks ago. They can't blame it on delay in the postal carrier because I live near them in Silicon Valley.

I sent an email to them 8 days ago requesting why I haven't received my check. They haven't responded to my inquiry.

I'm very close to cutting my ties with Google and going with Yahoo. Google's service has been quite poor the past few months. I don't know whats going on with them but it doesn't feel right.

What do I have to do? Get in my car and bang on their doors to pay me?

As far as I am concerned late payment is no excuse. Noone could run a business if the people who you do business with cannot pay up in the 30 days as contracted out to do so.

This, in my opinion, is poor business. Not only that but consider how much interest they are earning on the tens of millions of dollars sitting in the bank of your money - that is money taken away from me.

I demand that Google pays for their late payment and I believe you should too. These guys have billions of dollars of cash sitting in the bank from their latest secondary public offering.

There's no excuase for any of this and I want my money!

My payment date was October 26th, and I haven't recieved the check either.

That must be the date it was cut from their payment processor. . .

then it sits somewhere else for a few days to be put in an envelope . . .

then it sits somewhere else to have postage put on it . . .

then it sits somewhere else to be mailed . . .

then it is the hands of the us postal system . . .

after you get it and cash it takes another few days for it be deducted from their account . . .

No different than credit card companies making money on merchants transactions by holding on to the cash for a few days.

In this case, they hold onto it for up to 8 weeks or much longer if it took you awhile to hit the $100 min.

Nice gig for google don't you think? They have become bankers.

My payment date was last week of September.

I hesitate to say when October's payment is to arrive. Next year?
