So I noticed a huge jump in traffic today and got suspicious. Checked my Urchin stats and saw two referrers with .br in the url. When I go to the url, there is my entire site with a frame on top. And believe it or not, the top frame is displaying AdSense! I've already sent an email to the policy violation center. But do I have a basis to file a Digital Copyright Violation as well?

An anti frames script would help in the first instance. :)

something like this

Yes, I've been thinking about installing one but never got around to it. It seems it is now more of a priority. But it is the suprisingly blatant disregard for AS policy from the site in question that suprises me. I mean, framing another site with AS already on it?

Forget about the copyright issues. Lots of huge sites get away with doing this, and even Google displays sites in frames for its own purposes (Google Images).

Implement the framebusting code and report the site to the AdSense team as well. I'm sure they won't like it.
