Gambling adsense sites

I own a gambling website and would love to have adsense on it, unfortunately this is against the TOS.

However, I am adding a NON-gambling section in a sub domain, will i be ok to use adsense on that part of the site?

As a subdomain -- and if it links back to the main site -- that would probably be a no-no. If I were you I would acquire a new domain for that if your intention is to go with AdSense.

And if you do NOT have an existing AdSense account I think that would be the only way to get it approved in the first place.
