It started Friday evening for me and hasn't changed since then. CPM has dropped about 30-50%.

Yes. It started last Thursday for my sites.

Why on earth would they put ads for ice skating on a food site? Not even remotely related IMHO.

Yes, I notice mine was off over the weekend too. Seems to be back to normal today.

Mine's not updated yet, hopefully overnight the spider will fix things.

There have been several threads about poor targeting, beginning in Sept. If Google wants to send publishers in droves to YPN, this is one helluva good way to get it done. I've been moving pages to YPN for days now, and not regretting it a bit so far.

Mine was off too over the weekend. Two bad days, then recovered again yesterday. Google also crawled my site like crazy over that time. Wonder if it's related to this 'jagger' (?) update.

Adsense almost not showing since saturday-sunday....
Number of clicks dropped 90% with no changes on my side. Seems like the ads based on DUTCH text seem to be disturbed. It is not my account, it is not the domain, it just seems like a technical problem?

I was getting alot of horrible ads I had a 1 year anniversery come up on my site i was posting about it and then i got crap loads of anniversery ads that my site would have no relation to had to go ban happy on the url's and unblock them after the trend went through

I seen someone say they been doing better with yahoo they finally got to my application and accepted me I just havn't entered in my tax info yet so i can start using their ads. i was thinking about doing a 50/50 yahoo/google ads seeing what i could get better pay out of.

have you used the new tags Google has to ignore text you do not want targeted? Also the tags to have certain blocks of text targeted for ads?

They work well.

Do you think they became NECESSARY to use, instead of optional?

I never used them, but I might consider if I need to.

Could it be that the negative filter for "close to sensitive content" has been reinforced?

I also added 40 new pages last week, but they generated excellent ads- and clicks. Can it be that the mediabot reinforces negative filtering a week later?
