I would like to save everyone some time and NOT recommend using quepasa.com for PPC. They position themselves as the number one search engine for the hispanic market. I cannot say anything good about them. Their customer service and my account manager will not respond to any of my repeated voicemails and emails. I should have known this would be a poor experience when the sales person was not able to answer any of my PPC questions since they were unfamiliar with their product. I hope that I am able to save you time and frustration with this company.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry you had such an unpleasant experience, fortunately hoping that others will learn from it and avoid making the same mistake.

Greg, are you paying for inclusion in Quepasa or are you their affiliate? they contacted me recently with the business proposal to integrate my site with their search engine for 50% of the revenue. I am still thinking about it... My site is quite popular among Latin folks and is mainly for Hispanic market, so I was thinking that replacing Google Adsense with Quepasa may be a good idea and produce the better results. But after your post I am confused...

QuePasa claims to be a top Hispanic SE and sells its PPC program on those merits. The reality is that they will send you crappy traffic from every third party they can find to eat up your budget. Places like FunWebProducts and other scumware, third party affiliate arrangements with bottom tier PPC engines.

It is trash, don't touch it. Makes ePilot look like a bargain.

Quepasa's spends all of their money attracting new customers, they have no repeat business.

I spent $1000 with them last year and got zero! conversions on about 15000 clicks! (for fragrance/beauty products)

I run about 30 different fairly high profile sites and I get a new sales person calling me every other week thinking they are targeting a new customer. Boy do I give them an ear full.

Sad sad company. Hit the bid. Cost them 3.5 million to generate $400k in sales last year ... Sad - I hope someone got fired.

I hadn't heard anything about them. Thanks for the post, I feel warned now...

I will positively be avoiding them in the future.
