Sites that start with ww0

a huge number of refers in my log

Hey, I keep getting hit with sites that start with ww0. I noticed in my log a huge number of refers like:

ww0.buy-search.biz/search.php

All refers comes from diferent IP address to my home page via my keyword. All this domains are the same site, something like a search engine.
Anyone have any ideas what this is?
