1. Also can they be trusted?
2. How are they vis a vis Adwords

These Engines perform, but it depends on the vertical. Give them a shot, as they are all decent companies.

Personally, I would try it out on a limited basis. Make sure you have good tracking in-place.

I think the money is better spent @ Adwords and Overture.

Have tried all of those programs for multiple clients in almost every B2C and B2B industry. None of them worked consistently long-term. I wouldn't waste your time/money.

All of the above are decent, except ePilot. Really depends on your market.
