Has anyone heard of Revenuepilot?

What are they doing copying my pages?

I had a dilemma deciding if this was the right forum to address this.
I was searching for my site today on Yahoo! using some very specific keywords and came across a link that had our title, and is cached as looking identical to our page but linked through a very long link via click.r------p----.com/servlet/link?
Judging from the link I'm assuming this is a counted redirect, but for what reason, other than PPC? We have never done business with RP. We DO buy click-thrus from a number of the larger PPC businesses. Anyone know if RP works with one of the PPCs which we pay? It's not listed on anyones website. I tried contacting RP and each of the PPCs we do business with and the ones which answered (RP was not one of them) denied working with RP.
I wouldn't be so concerned, even if we are paying for them somewhere, except that I AM concerned about duplication penalties on the SEs and getting banned from Y! again for something we didn't even do.

A ppc owner ever told me that it is a low bid feed. Not very sure.

RevenuePilot.com is an affiliate system who serves results for many Search Engines. RP gets their results from 7Search, LookSmart, Enhance, and FindWhat. They may have a few more partners.

All those search engines will deny any information regarding RP due to non-disclosures that are signed.
