Can anybody recommend a PPC bid management package for managing large volumes of keywords (10k - 40k) for multiple client accounts on Overture and Espotting in Europe?

GoToast would be relevant in this case.

Whatever you do, make sure the company you choose have been approved by Overture and Espotting.

(my apologies, for 10k>40k keywords, GoToast could be pretty expensive, alternative solution is to use a PPC management company to handle the service for you, I know of 1 company who is running a number of 10k plus campaigns for clients)
