Who are these people?

Why do 2nd and 3rd tier engines exist?

For example, I will use GoClick.

I experienced rediculous click fraud on certain keywords.

Now if I am bidding for the #2 spot and getting fraud, why is the person in the #1 spot consistently paying for advertising and paying for the same fraud.

And I'm talking about a keyword that for me was clicked 300x in 10 minutes!

Why would people want to buy ads for garbage traffic? There should be no advertisers for goclick on certain keywords!

I'm playing around with a small sum on goclick. When I raise the bids, the daily budget gets blown in a minute or two, and the ROI is quite negative. It looks like keeping low bids on very targeted keywords yields a positive ROI, but am still evaluating it.

I've been thru them all. I recommend 3 2-tier engines;

EnHance, 7Search and ABCSearch.

Tazzam,

enhance.com, 7search and ABCsearch? You are the only person to ever recommend these programs - except for employees.

I've tried all these and no zero success with each of these companies.

Maybe your not working them right. It's taken some complaining but it got done and my conversions are 3-5% in an extremely competitive market (credit cards, cash advances, health ins. quotes and car loans).

I also use a PPC manager and spend hours each day analyzing data. You can't just throw up a bunch of words and expect them to work. You have to work them.

I also track non-US clicks and CF's and hold them accountable. Maybe this has something to do with it.

All I know is they work for me...and no, I'm not an employee. Certainly not for all of them either.

I would still advise that they NONE of the 3 companies are worthy your time and money - If you read over the archives about each of these companies you'll see that the overwhelming majority of posters feel the same way.

Sure every now and then you can make a small profit from a 3rd tier CPC program - but it's probably not worth all the time it takes to generate a slight profit.

Well I'm not one to go with the flow.

I make $300-500 a day, my Click Fraud is nonexistent with Enhance and 7Search, and the only adjustment I make is adding money to the account each day.

I am an agrregator of credit cards, auto loans, cash advances and health insurance quote leads. Each are profitable.

If you're dealing with small (<$50K/mo) sums of money, then there will be the occasional advertiser who gets some goodness out of the tier II/III's, but to answer the question posed initially -

a)these people are scammers who jumped on the ppc bandwagon after the marketshare train had already left the station;

b)they exist because enough advertisers are fools such that they can easily be made to part with their money.

It sounds like your competitors are generating the clicks.
