Tracking URL when URL is dynamic

How?

Anyone know how to track the click through from adword ads when the url I direct them to is dynamic?

I know that you put .....com?source=adwords

or something like if it is a static URL, but as it is dynamic I can't just tag on another question mark:-

....com/category.aspx?categoryID=25(putting ?source=adwords here won't work)

How the hell is it done if you can do it at all?
