Can I sue Shopping.com due to their faults?

I experienced over 50% sales dropped since 9/20, the date shopping.com switched their old merchant system to a new one.

My site used to rank 5 stars on shopping.com and it used to display the '5 stars' on merchandise search result page, but it was gone since 9/20, instead, it only display 'Review this store'.

I sent a couple email the their customer service department, the responses are the same:

"We have escalated this case to our tech team to fix the problem you reported ... Changes usually take place between 3-5 business days"

Almost one month past, they still not able to fix the problem.

Also, anyone who using Shopping.com noticed another problem after the 9/20 upgrades?
Now, their system would put your merchandise to some other categories which may cost much money per click, even thought you specify your merchandise to a right category.

For my case, all of my products are set to 'category A' which cost me $0.19 per click, but I noticed that they put a couple of my products to another 'category B' which cost minimum $0.60 per click, I've been paying 3 times of the useless clicks.

I can't image how they got $650 million dollar whilst doing worse.
