Have you read any of the advice on Google's own website?

How about looking through some of the library threads here?

No-one will do all of your work for you, but people are willing to help with more specific questions.

There are no simple answers to your question. My advice is to read, read, read, test, test, test, then read some more. Here's some places you can start;

As sem4u pointed out it's well worth your while to have a look through library threads in this forum. Many are extremely useful and will likely answer most questions you may have.

There are many ebooks available that deal with the subject of adwords. "The Definitive Guide to Google Adwords" by Perry Marshall & "Google Cash" by Chris Carpenter are amongst the best.
