The account is locked into Pacific Time and I can't change it (desired time zone would be New York).
I checked the history and there's no record of the time zone being set, so I'm pretty sure I didn't click something that would have set it accidentally.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? What went wrong?
I set it up from within my client center account, if that makes any difference. I have not yet set the time zone for my client center.
I had no problems setting other existing client accounts to their local time zones. But the new account can't be changed.
Help! I'm hugely frustrated by this and want to figure out what happened before I have another account to set up.
