Traffic Estimator Error

Is anyone else getting an error when they try and use the traffic estimator? This happened yesterday as well.

I'll take it as a hopeful sign that others are (so far) not reporting the same thing, sem4u.

Many time errors of this type can be resolved by very simple means. A few things to try are below (though sometimes I take some heat for suggesting them.) ;)

* Reboot, and start with a fresh browser - logging in from adwords.google.com rather than a bookmark or similar

* Try a different browser

* Update browser to most current version

* clear cache and cookies

Hope these thing will help, if you are still having this issue.

I had the same problem again so I cleared my cache, closed and re-opened IE, then logged in from adwords.google.com.

This solved the issue for me.

The IE cache is one of the great unsolved (undebugged/undocumented/untested/unspeced) mysteries of the universe...
