Adwords Campaign Manager

I have a small advertising budget of $200 per month. Are there any professional service or Adwords campaign managers that I can find at such a small budget?

I don't want to creat nor manage my campaign as I am too busy but not sure if such a service/professional is available to do it as such a small amount. I just want to pay a service for this.

Any info would be greatly appreciated

I don't think anyone would want to work with a budget that small - but that's just my opinion. Most professional campaign managers have monthly minimum spends in excess of $5,000 per month (in the U.S.)
