Calc Richmond, the reason for this could be as simple as having made changes to your ad copy or URL. Did you edit your ad(s) just before the drop?

Substantially reduced traffic can occur after an ad is edited, as it will then only show on Google until it has been reviewed and approved again.

Once approved, it may once again be sent to the search and content networks. The difference between Google alone and Google plus potentially hundreds of other sites can amount to a considerable amount of traffic.

I noticed it started last week. And it was to all campaigns not just the ones I've made changes to.

This seems to be happenning to me a sometime every month since the beginning of the year.

Made no changes to account and saw conversion drop in half two days ago through yesterday, then rebound today. Never seen that happen before.

I've shifted so much spending away from Google that it hardly even matters to me anymore. They can run their games on someone else's dime.
