A way to automate the bulk creation of AdWords ads?

I'm looking for a solution that would let me specify the creative and keywords for thousands of ads in a text file, and auotmatically create the AdWords ads based on that file.

I've looked at the AdWords API, but with its current operation quota limits, uploading thousands of ads with tens of thousands of keywords would have to be split up over many months. I know the quotas will be changing in July, but I'm wondering if there's an automation solution for doing this now.

For example I see some info about the iMacros browser script tool being able to automate AdWords, but only conflicting info about what aspects it can automate and whether recent changes on the AdWords site stopped it from being able to automate anything.

Anyone know of a good API-independant solution for automating the creation of thousands of AdWords ads? Thanks!

Usually, you can send to your Rep. a sheet for a bulk upload.
