I read the Google TOC's and it doesnt state anywhere that .swf files on the content network cannot have audio in them, does anyone know if you can put audio in these files?
Is this an adwords matter?
Angelis, I also am not quite sure what you are asking. However, if you are wondering if an AdWords ad may link to a sound file, the following excerpt from the 'Links' section of the Editorial Guidelines (http://adwords.google.com/select/guidelines.html) should answer:
Your Destination URL must link to a working website. You cannot link to an email address or a file (ex. an image, audio, video, or document file that requires an additional program or application to open or run).

FYI - .swf is a flash file.
Ahh. Evidently you've heard of my legendary confusion regarding file extensions. Thanks for setting me on the right track. ;)
...the real question is: Can image ads utilizing flash use sounds?
Not surprisingly, user experience is key here. Audio may be approvable if it is user-initiated and the default is set to 'off'.
