Hello,

Are people allowed to have 1 adwords account per subdomain?

Will Google get mad if they see too many adwords accounts on many sudomains of 1 domain?

They won't get mad but they are likely to ban you...

General curiosity - why would you want one adwords account per sub domain? I trying to think that you could do differently with a new adwords account instead of a new campaign/ad group and the only thing that comes to mind is easier management.
[Just incase you dont know -Google will not show ads depending on the number of adwords accounts you have. Nor will subdomains make a difference to the number of your ads that show up for each keyword.]
