Hello Pradyumna,

You can use Adwords to get *visitors* to your site, what the visitors do on your site is up to them (i.e. click through on an adsense ad etc). Using adwords as a source of traffic is quite common where the landing site/page has adsense on it.

Pradyumna,

I am sorry but I do not think I completely follow your next question. But if you are asking if you can get a site successful in 12 months with using Brettís guide then my answer is yeah I donít see any problems with doing that.
Why is this related to adwords?

Pradyumna, it sounds as if you are looking for a good book or online document, to learn how to work successfully with AdWords - correct?

Although I am not in a position to recommend particular books or outside resources, I would say don't forget about the resources provided on the AdWords site itself, starting with these:

AdWords Help Center
[adwords.google.com...]

AdWords Demos and Guides
[adwords.google.com...]

AdWords Learning Center (Lessons is both multimedia and text format)
[google.com...]
